Birds & Biodiversity: Ranch to Ranges BioBlitz at McKenzie Preserve

Join California Audubon’s Conservation Ranching Program and Sierra Foothill Conservancy on September 8th at McKenzie Preserve from 8 am to 1 pm for a special FREE BioBlitz Day as part of California’s Biodiversity Week. Attendees will explore how ranching practices can enhance biodiversity in rangelands and support bird populations through engaging presentations. Following the talks, participants will engage in a hands-on BioBlitz, guided by knowledgeable land and bird experts. This event offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature and contribute to conservation efforts in a stunning natural setting.
